5. What’s your return policy? We want you to love your Y2K haul! 30-day returns for unused, unopened items in original condition. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start. Return shipping usually on you unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong style. Full details on our Returns page.

6. Will these clips hold thick / fine / long hair? Yes — we have strong-grip claws for thick & long hair, gentler barrettes for fine hair, and everything in between. Most Y2K-style clips are designed with secure teeth/teeth-grip so they stay put. Check product descriptions for grip strength and hair-type recommendations.

7. Are the rhinestones / pearls secure? Will they fall off? Our pieces use high-quality settings — rhinestones and pearls are glued and/or prong-set for durability. They’re made to withstand daily wear, but we recommend gentle handling (avoid yanking) to keep them sparkling longest.
